What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars

Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products and applications

Assist in closing sales opportunities by addressing questions about solutions and services

Participate in discovery sessions to understand client pain points and business processes

Provide technical expertise to sales staff and customers through effective presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):

3+ years of extensive human resource domain expertise

3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud‑based human capital management applications

3+ years in a presales, sales consulting, and/or implementation role

3+ years working with core Human Resource concepts such as payroll, compensation, and employee experience

Ability to travel 50%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

5+ years of human resource ERP domain expertise

Experience presenting cloud‑based solutions to both functional and technical audiences

Outstanding professional discovery, presentation, and communication skills, particularly with C‑Level Executives

Experience with value‑based selling

Healthcare industry or Payor experience preferred
