What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead the sales processes for prospective groups and strategic existing products
Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities and growth strategies
Prepare value-added reports summarizing customer base and market trends
Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated diligence activitiesParticipate in the sales planning and budgeting processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of successful sales or equivalent sales management experience in member services or health-related account management
Proven outside sales experience in managed care or insurance marketing
Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Additional years of qualifying work experience in lieu of formal education
Understanding of industry-specific landscapes and trends
Proven ability to articulate distinct aspects of products and services
