What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on mapping and navigation systems
Educate and train medical personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping products
Promote safe and effective use of cardiac mapping solutions and related procedures
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training
Serve as a regional champion for mapping technology, influencing proficiency among peers
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
Familiarity with complex medical technologies and their applications in a clinical setting
