What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide clinical and technical support and training on the electrophysiology mapping and navigation system and all related products
Educate and train healthcare professionals on technical matters related to cardiac mapping solutions
Promote the safe and effective use of medical technology products and related procedures
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to identify potential sales opportunities and conduct customer training
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive incremental business growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with relevant work experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record in technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or as an EP medical sales representative providing clinical support
