What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems
Educate and train healthcare professionals on technical matters related to cardiac mapping products and procedures
Promote safe and effective use of cardiac mapping solutions and support sales objectives
Develop and nurture customer relationships to drive business growth
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to strategize and conduct customer training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Associate degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Must have a valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel up to 25% and be available within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with at least four years of experience in the cardiac field
Proven experience with technical training assignments
Background in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical or clinical support
