Job Responsibilities
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiology mapping and navigation system
Educate and train hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping products
Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac solutions products and related procedures
Develop and cultivate customer relationships to achieve or exceed sales goals
Collaborate with local sales teams to conduct customer training for mapping solutions
Qualifications
High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
OR Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25% within the assigned territory
Ability to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours a day and interact with personal computers
Preferred Qualifications
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record in technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
