What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiology mapping and navigation system and all related products
Educate and train healthcare professionals on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping and navigation procedures
Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping solutions while achieving sales goals
Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to conduct customer training for mapping and other solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Associate degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Ability to work in environments exposed to infectious diseases and radiation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic, or sales
Proven track record in technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
