What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology (EP) mapping and navigation systems
Educate and train medical professionals on technical matters related to cardiac mapping and navigation products
Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac mapping solutions and related procedures
Develop and maintain customer relationships to achieve or exceed sales goals within cardiac mapping products
Collaborate with the local sales team to conduct customer training and identify sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, OR
Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, ORBachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
Valid driver's license and ability to drive within assigned territory
Ability to travel up to 25% and manage a flexible work schedule
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular sciences, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP lab providing technical/clinical support
Strong background in hospital/clinic or EP medical sales
Familiarity with healthcare technology and innovation
