What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiological mapping and navigation systems
Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters relating to cardiac mapping products and procedures
Promote the safe and effective use of cardiac ablation solutions and related products
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive incremental business growth
Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to conduct customer training and identify sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation; or
Associate degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; or
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
Ability to travel up to 25% within the assigned territory
Experience in a clinical or technical support role within the cardiac field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record in technical training assignments
Experience in cardiac catheter ablation, EP lab, or medical sales providing technical/clinical support
