Digital Marketing Specialist (Email and Journey Execution)
Duration: 2 year contract
Pay Range: $35.00 - $41.00
Location: Onsite in Mounds View, MN
We are expanding our digital marketing capabilities to better engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) and support our sales teams. We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Specialist
to help build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns and customer journeys using
Salesforce Marketing Cloud .
This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on email marketing experience who enjoys executing digital campaigns and improving customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Email Campaign Execution:
Build, test, and deploy emails in
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio)
while ensuring brand consistency and quality assurance.
Customer Journeys:
Set up and manage
Journey Builder campaigns , including entry sources, timing, and multi‑step communications.
Personalization & Logic:
Implement
decision splits and basic journey logic
to support personalized experiences.
Audience Management:
Create and maintain
data extensions, segmented lists, and suppression lists .
Automation Support:
Assist with
Automation Studio workflows , including imports, audience refreshes, and campaign preparation.
Reporting:
Track and summarize campaign performance metrics such as
delivery, open rate, click‑through rate, bounce rate, and unsubscribes .
Collaboration:
Work with marketing, creative, analytics, compliance, and sales teams to execute campaigns and follow established processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5 years of experience
in email marketing, marketing automation, or marketing operations.
Hands‑on experience with
Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar marketing automation platform .
Experience building emails, supporting customer journeys, and managing audience lists.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Automation Studio
workflows.
Familiarity with
Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting
and campaign performance analysis.
Basic
HTML/CSS knowledge
for email troubleshooting.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work across teams.
