Role Overview • Support digital marketing initiatives focused on engaging healthcare professionals and supporting sales teams • Build and manage email campaigns and automated customer journeys using marketing automation tools • Monitor campaign performance and optimize digital marketing activities
Responsibilities • Build, edit, test, and deploy email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio) • Ensure emails meet brand guidelines and are mobile responsive • Manage scheduling, test sends, and campaign approvals • Configure and manage automated customer journeys using Journey Builder • Set up data extensions, entry sources, and decision splits in marketing journeys • Manage audience lists, data validation, and suppression lists • Build and monitor automations using Automation Studio • Track campaign performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and unsubscribes • Support A/B testing and recommend improvements for campaign performance • Collaborate with marketing, creative, compliance, analytics, and sales teams
Must Have • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • 2-5 years of email marketing or marketing automation experience • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud • Experience with Email Studio and Journey Builder • Experience managing data extensions and audience lists • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have • Experience with Automation Studio • Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting experience • Basic HTML and CSS knowledge • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns in regulated industries
