What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive sales and revenue to assigned distribution in managed territories
Manage multiple active sales opportunities at various end‑user sites
Establish and maintain customer relationships through a deep understanding of their business models
Introduce new products and communicate promotions to customers and prospects
Maintain and update a working sales plan with strategies to achieve annual sales forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
One (1) year of combined experience in Outside Sales/Inside Sales in a relevant environment
Current, valid driver’s license is required
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain high productivity levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Account management experience with Salesforce.com
Previous home improvement or construction‑related experience
Fluency in English and Spanish
Skills in solution selling and gaining commitment
Strong listening skills
