ResponsAble Safety Staffing is seeking an experienced
Industrial Sales Representative
to expand our footprint in the South Louisiana industrial market. You will position ResponsAble as the premier partner for safety staffing during maintenance, outages, capital projects, and turnarounds.
Competitive
base salary of $110k plus comission
Company-paid business expenses

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Execute strategic plans to grow revenue and market share through new account acquisition and existing account expansion.
Industrial Sales Execution:
Identify upcoming outages and capital projects, proactively winning bid opportunities.
Relationship Management:
Build long-term credibility with project managers, safety managers, procurement and contractor leadership.
Operational Collaboration:
Partner with internal recruiting teams to ensure the timely fulfillment of client staffing requests.
Active Prospecting:
Drive pipeline growth through cold calling and professional presentations to all levels of customer organizations.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales in industrial services, construction or related sales environments.
Expertise:
Proven success supporting industrial maintenance outages and turnarounds.
Communication:
Strong presentation and problem‑solving skills; proficient in CRM applications and Microsoft Office.
Sales Cycle Mastery:
Comfortable navigating long, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
Education:
College degree preferred, but not required.
