Conduct regular dealer visits to enhance engagement, ensure compliance, and deliver product insights Analyze dealer performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform decision‑making Provide in-depth training and coaching to dealership teams to improve sales techniques Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive promotional programs and resolve complex dealer issues Serve as a mentor to junior sales team members and lead new hire training What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred 5+ years in auto finance operations 3+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw valid conclusions and suggest effective solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
