Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Ellicott City, MD. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers to provide insurance solutions that meet their individual needs. Key responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales appointments, creating personalized insurance plans, and building ongoing customer relationships. You will also be tasked with executing marketing campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating within a team to achieve sales goals. Qualifications
Sales and customer engagement skills to communicate effectively with prospective and existing clients Marketing and campaign management expertise, with an ability to promote services and identify opportunities for growth Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities Results‑driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency in using CRM software or related tools is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Previous experience in insurance sales or marketing is advantageous but not required Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate insurance licenses, as required by state regulations
