Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Moss Point, MS, for an Account Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers, identifying their insurance and financial needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also encompasses developing new sales opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and assisting with claims processing and policy administration. The individual will work closely with other team members to achieve agency goals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Sales and business development skills to identify and pursue new opportunities and grow the customer base

Client relationship management and customer service skills for maintaining positive client interactions and resolving concerns

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively discuss insurance and financial solutions

Problem‑solving and organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and address customer needs

Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to agency objectives

Proficiency in computer systems and software for managing client accounts and processing policies

Relevant certifications such as state licensing for insurance sales, or willingness to obtain them

Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
