Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role located in Amherst, VA for a Customer Service Representative at the Richard Buck State Farm Agent office. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer support, assist clients in managing policies and claims, address customer inquiries, and offer product and service recommendations tailored to their needs. Currently we market and provide products and customer support to all of Virginia and North Carolina. Our team works very hard to meet our goals but we also have a lot of fun while doing it! While it differs by position, there is a generous bonus structure in place for each employee. We are expected to do what it takes to get the job done and to go above and beyond for our customers. We value personal integrity, respect and loyalty within our office and expect each team member to treat each other and our customers in a way that reflects these values.
