Associate Account Executive
to help expand our presence in the
Bay Area startup ecosystem
— one of our highest-density markets.
This is a
quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role
where you’ll own territory, build pipeline, and close deals with some of the fastest-growing startups.

Associate Account Executive
to help expand our presence in the
Bay Area startup ecosystem
— one of our highest-density markets.
Sprinto is an
autonomous compliance platform
that helps fast-growing companies become audit-ready and stay compliant with frameworks like
SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and more — without operational chaos.
What You’ll Do
Own a defined territory within the
Bay Area
Generate pipeline through
outbound-first prospecting
Run discovery calls and product demos
Manage deals from qualification through close
Build relationships within the
local startup community
Partner with regional leadership to execute
Bay Area GTM initiatives
This role reports to the
Sales Director
and works closely with the
Bay Area Regional Leader .
⚠️ This is
not a support role — you are accountable for revenue.
Compensation Base Salary:
$70,000 – $80,000
OTE:
$140,000 – $165,000 (50/50 split)
Commission:
Uncapped
⚡ Accelerators begin at
80% attainment
Ramp Expectations
30‑day ramp period
50% quota by Month 2
Full productivity by Month 3
By Month 3 you should be:
Running independent discovery and demos
Maintaining
3–4x pipeline coverage
Closing
8–10 deals per month
Typical Sales Motion ICP: Tech startups (20–500 employees)
Buyer: CTOs, Heads of Security, Founders
⏱ Sales Cycle: ~30–60 days
Average Deal Size:
$3K–$8K ACV
