ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to join our team and support our client in the Washington D.C. area. Job Description

In this role, you will apply process improvement and reengineering principles, methodologies, and structured approaches to effect process modernization and quality improvement efforts while understanding technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes by mapping and evaluating as-is process scope, objectives and steps
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, integrating new and improved processes with existing ones
• Recommend process, quality, and performance measurement improvements
• Assist with institutionalization communicating these changes to impacted Business Systems teams and other stakeholders
• Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training and orientation programs as needed to support process changes

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar
• 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform

Bonus Points

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or similar industry-recognized certification strongly preferred for Senior to Expert levels

Security Clearance

• Active TS/SCI clearance

Compensation

Base pay range for this position in the following locations: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $108,400—$203,400 USD. Compensation varies based on office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
