Senior Business Analyst specializing in ServiceNow
to join our company and support our client in the Washington D.C. area. In this role, you will leverage process improvement methodologies and structured analysis to enhance business processes, ensuring they align with both current and future operational needs. Your Responsibilities: Evaluate and analyze business processes by detailed mapping and assessment of existing workflows.
Identify improvement opportunities and gaps in processes, integrating new methodologies with existing frameworks.
Suggest enhancements to processes, quality control, and performance measurement metrics.
Communicate process changes to affected Business Systems teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials to support process modifications.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis related to system design and architecture, and business requirements definition.
At least 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, or similar industry-recognized certification.
Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.
