Monolog is building the AI-powered personal biographer.
Our realtime AI voice agent calls users on the phone weekly to interview them about their life stories. We structure their memories into a memory graph that can be generated into books, audiobooks, and interactive voice experiences for their families.
We’re turning human memory into generational infrastructure.
We’re looking for a Head of Growth to take us from early traction to scaled consumer subscription revenue. This is a full‑stack growth role reporting directly to the founder.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end growth strategy (acquisition → activation → retention → referral)
- Paid and organic channel testing (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, partnerships, community)
- Conversion funnel optimization (phone onboarding → subscription)
- Lifecycle and retention systems
- Pricing and experimentation
- Core metrics: CAC, LTV, activation rate, retention, MRR growth
- Building and leading a growth team over time
You’ll be hands‑on. Early means building, testing, measuring, and iterating fast.
You Might Be a Fit If
- You’ve scaled a consumer subscription product
- You deeply understand conversion psychology and funnels
- You’ve run meaningful paid spend and improved LTV
- You’re comfortable working directly with a founder in an early‑stage environment
- You move fast and care about taste
Bonus if you’ve worked in consumer AI, creator tools, subscription media, journaling/memory products, or products serving older demographics.
