Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic and operational leadership for all HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, training, and development.

Serve as the primary HR liaison for union relations, including contract negotiations, grievance management, and labor strategy.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.

Partner with leadership to design and implement HR programs that support retention, engagement, and organizational growth.

Lead initiatives around diversity, equity, inclusion, and workforce development.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Union experience is required – demonstrated success in contract negotiations and labor relations.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
