A professional, entrepreneurial couple who welcomed their first child in early February 2026 is seeking an experienced, career nanny to join their household beginning May/June 2026. Both parents run venture funds and maintain demanding, flexible schedules. They are seeking a highly capable nanny who can confidently take over from a maternity nurse and act as a trusted partner in their child's early development. The family is based primarily in Manhattan and spends approximately 25-30% of the year in Sun Valley, Idaho, including extended stays in both summer and winter, as well as annual international travel. The ideal candidate is Manhattan-based, passport-ready, and enthusiastic about frequent travel. Accommodations are provided when traveling and separate living quarters are available should a live-in solution in NYC be an immediate requirement. The household includes a friendly Portuguese Water Dog. A housekeeper is employed in both residences. This is a long-term opportunity for a seasoned nanny seeking stability, longevity, and the chance to grow with a family over many years. Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm with 2 hours breaks built into schedule. Approximately 50 hours/weekly. Some ability to shift hours during the week in exchange for occasional weekend coverage, as needed. Parents work a hybrid schedule (home, office, travel).
