Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual benefit consultations with individuals and families
Assess client needs and present tailored life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
Guide clients through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Maintain accurate, compliant digital documentation
Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and performance coaching
Collaborate with team members to share strategies and achieve goals
