The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Art Director who is ready for more. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Greenville, SC. We believe great creative work happens shoulder to shoulder inside the studio.

This is a growth‑track role for a strong creative who wants to expand beyond execution and step deeper into concept development, integrated storytelling, and team leadership.

You’ll partner closely with Brand Strategists and Creative leadership to develop brand platforms and campaigns — shaping ideas that move seamlessly from strategy through execution across channels.

You’ll help bring ideas to life alongside our in‑house photographer and videographer, guiding concepts from shoot through final delivery.

Core Responsibilities

Translate brand strategy into compelling visual concepts, brand platforms, and campaign ideas

Develop scalable creative systems that extend across identity, campaign, and experiential touchpoints

Contribute meaningfully to high‑level brand thinking and creative direction

Art Direction & Design Excellence

Lead visual direction across campaigns, brand systems, and integrated initiatives

Produce high‑level design work that sets the creative standard for the team

Ensure craft excellence across typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling

Storytelling & Campaign Development

Shape integrated campaign ideas that connect message, visual identity, and audience

Partner closely with copywriters to bring narrative‑driven concepts to life

Develop work that resonates emotionally while remaining strategically grounded

Collaboration & Production Execution

Collaborate with designers, copywriters, strategists, and production talent

Work directly with in‑house photographer and videographer to concept, direct, and execute shoots

Guide projects from concept through production, post, and final delivery

Present work internally and to clients with clarity and confidence

Ensure final outputs meet both creative and strategic standards

Digital & Platform Fluency The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong understanding of how modern brands live in digital environments.

This includes experience such as:

Designing digital‑first brand experiences, including website design and UX/UI systems

Developing content ecosystems across social media platforms

Creating campaign extensions and platform‑native content for digital channels

Designing performance‑oriented creative for paid media (social ads, display, landing pages)

Understanding how creative adapts across owned, earned, and paid channels

Partnering with digital or media teams to refine creative based on performance insights

This perspective signals a creative who understands that today’s brands don’t just launch — they live, adapt, and perform.

What We Are Looking For

5–7 years of experience in an agency or comparable creative environment

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaign thinking, and integrated creative execution

Experience collaborating with production teams and leading creative through execution

Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects

Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills

Solid presentation and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment

Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.

The pay range for this role is:

70,000 - 85,000 USD per year (TBL Main Office)
