$55,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer RFQs, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Calculate material, labor, tooling, and overhead costs to develop accurate estimates.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams for technical validation and cost inputs.
Prepare and submit detailed, competitive, and professional quotes to customers.
Maintain accurate records of all quotes, pricing, and customer communication in the system.
Follow up on submitted quotes and negotiate terms to secure new orders.
Identify and implement improvements to the quoting process for efficiency and accuracy.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a quoting, estimating, or sales support role within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications (GD&T knowledge preferred).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material costs, labor rates, and overhead calculation.
Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and quoting software; strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage multiple quotes simultaneously.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with common ERP or CRM systems.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and cost modeling.
Familiarity with technical drawings or CAD software.
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or cost reduction methodologies.
