$54,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer requests for quotes (RFQs), blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Calculate material, labor, tooling, and overhead costs to develop accurate pricing.
Prepare and submit detailed, professional quotations, including terms, conditions, and lead times.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency.
Maintain and update quoting data within the ERP/CRM system.
Follow up on submitted quotes to track status and gather customer feedback.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in a quoting, estimating, or sales support role within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and Bills of Material (BOMs).
Proficiency in calculating material, labor, and overhead costs, including applying appropriate profit margins.
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and quoting software; strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing complex quotes.
Bonus Qualifications
Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, fabrication, assembly).
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications (e.g., blueprints, CAD models).
Experience with advanced features of ERP/CRM systems for pricing, quoting, and order management modules.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel) for cost modeling.
