Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs), blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and sales teams to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation.
Calculate detailed costs including materials, labor, tooling, and overhead using established pricing models and supplier quotes.
Develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies based on cost analysis, market conditions, and company objectives.

Maintain accurate records of all quotes, pricing data, and customer communications in the CRM system.
Follow up on submitted quotes, address customer inquiries, and negotiate terms to secure orders.
Recommended Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a quoting, estimating, or sales support role within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, material costs, labor, and overhead for accurate quote generation.
Demonstrated experience with ERP/CRM systems and quoting software; advanced Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer and internal team interaction.
Bonus Qualifications
Familiarity with specific manufacturing processes, materials, or industry standards.
Experience utilizing quoting modules within ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or CRM (e.g., Salesforce) systems.
