Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer Request for Quotes (RFQs), blueprints, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.

Calculate detailed costs for materials, labor, overhead, tooling, and freight, ensuring all components are accounted for.
Develop competitive pricing strategies and margins, considering market conditions, customer value, and company profitability goals.

Maintain accurate records of all quotes, pricing data, and customer communications in the CRM or quoting system.
Follow up on submitted quotes, address customer inquiries, and negotiate terms to secure orders.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in a quoting, estimating, or sales support role within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing specifications.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills for cost estimation, material take-offs, and pricing.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and quote generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes or materials.
