Role Overview We are looking for a
highly motivated
Transaction / Deal Origination Specialist
— a true “hunter” — to
source and close high‑value deals
that drive immediate revenue. You will work directly with buyers, sellers, and investors to identify opportunities and bring them onto the platform.
This is a hands‑on,
commission‑driven role
where your impact is measurable in every deal you close.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and qualify buyers and sellers for high‑value transactions in real estate, tokenized assets, and crypto.
Build and maintain a
pipeline of high‑potential deals , tracking progress from sourcing to closing.
Negotiate deal terms and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
Work closely with the business development and partnerships team to maximize deal flow.
Achieve revenue targets through sourcing and closing deals efficiently.
Who You Are
Proven experience in
transaction origination, deal sourcing, or sales in high‑value markets.
Comfortable working in
fast‑moving, commission‑driven environments .
Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivated, and results‑focused.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of
cross‑border deals, crypto, tokenized assets, or European real estate
is a plus.
