What You’ll Do
Connect with candidates to understand their background, interests, and career goals
Conduct phone and video interviews to assess fit and potential
Learn how to source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach
Partner with experienced recruiters to support open searches
Assist in managing the recruitment process from initial contact through placement
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking
Build and manage long‑term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Run full‑cycle recruiting processes with minimal oversight
Consistently source, qualify, and place high‑quality candidates
Manage a robust pipeline while prioritizing high‑impact opportunities
Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or prior recruiting experience strongly preferred
Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with professionals
Competitive mindset with a desire to learn sales and recruiting fundamentals
Coachable, resilient, and open to feedback
Proven ability to manage relationships and close opportunities
Self‑directed, accountable, and comfortable in a competitive environment
Ability to balance speed with quality
Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑moving environment
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary starting at $48,000+ (commensurate with experience)
Uncapped commission plan with significant upside
On target earnings: $80,000-$130,000+, with top performers exceeding that
