This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panama City, FL, for a Leasing Professional. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for assisting prospective residents throughout the leasing process, managing lease administration, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering positive relationships with current residents to enhance overall satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include property tours, processing lease applications, addressing resident concerns, and supporting marketing efforts to maintain property occupancy. Qualifications

Proficiency in lease administration, including preparation, execution, and compliance with property policies Strong skills in resident retention and providing outstanding customer service Excellent communication abilities for engaging with residents, teammates, and prospective tenants Knowledge or experience with property leases and leasing procedures Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficiency in basic office software and property management systems is a plus Ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate or property management is preferred
