What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Generate new sales by developing leads, recruiting new surgeons, and making sales calls
Grow existing Pain Interventions business and identify new opportunities
Manage accounts within the assigned territory with minimal supervision
Implement approved marketing strategies and respond to customer complaints
Maintain up-to-date records and prepare required call reports for the District Sales Manager
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; or an Associate's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor's Degree
Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to travel up to 50% within the Western United States
Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Neuro experience or operating room experience
Prior sales experience in a medical device environment
Ability to sell in a partnership-focused environment with surgeons
Adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
Familiarity with Medtronic products and company policies
