What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for assigned territory
Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records to ensure effective coverage
Establish and maintain productive working relationships with key decision-makers and customers
Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations to educate customers
Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 10 years of medical device sales experience, including 5 years in Aortic sales
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Proven territory management and sales planning skills
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge of AAA and/or Thoracic procedures
Demonstrated success in previous sales roles with high performance
Experience in sales management or sales training
Ability to educate and train medical personnel effectively
Skills in account, inventory, expense, and budget management
