Manage territory base business and growth by developing strategic implanting centers and key referral networks Sell InterStim devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, and payors Provide product and therapy technical support and service to clients Analyze trends and consult on strategic management for territory development Coordinate support activities and develop sales partnerships with distribution alliances What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years Relevant experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy Ability to travel frequently to customer clinics and hospitals Strong communication and interpersonal skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of the reimbursement climate Experience calling on physicians in neurology, urology, or colorectal surgery Familiarity with operating room environments and implantable devices Strong business planning and territory financial analysis skills Experience in developing new, innovative markets We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
