Oversee end-to-end move management
for global shipments, coordinating between domestic trucking, ocean/air freight forwarders, and 3PL providers. Monitor and optimize import operations , ensuring all documentation and customs requirements are met to maintain fluid "door-to-door" delivery timelines. Act as the central point of contact
for client stakeholders, providing real-time updates and proactive problem-solving for logistical bottlenecks. Collaborate with internal operations teams
to refine 3PL workflows and ensure domestic distribution meets client's high-performance standards. MUST HAVES
5+ years of experience
in a logistics or transportation leadership role, such as a 3PL Operations Manager or Freight Forwarding Lead. Deep subject matter expertise in Import/Export operations , including a strong grasp of international shipping regulations and freight documentation. Proven track record in 3PL and domestic freight management , with the ability to navigate both local trucking and global supply chain challenges. Advanced relationship management skills , with the professional presence required to service and retain enterprise-level global clients.
