Role Description We are seeking a Land & Commercial Real Estate Analyst for a full‑time, on‑site position in Fort Worth, TX. The Analyst will perform market research, evaluate potential investment opportunities, and conduct due diligence on properties. Daily responsibilities include creating and managing financial models, analyzing economic trends, and supporting the underwriting process for acquisitions and developments. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to assess project feasibility and deliver data‑driven insights will be a key component of the role.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess real estate trends and investment opportunities
Proficiency in Financial Modeling and developing accurate financial projections
Experience conducting thorough Due Diligence and assessing property and market conditions
Knowledge of Finance principles and real estate investment processes
Understanding of Underwriting methods and evaluating property performance risk
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field is highly desirable
Familiarity with Texas commercial real estate markets is a plus
