We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager / Account Executive to join our on-site marketing agency team in Raleigh. This role is perfect for someone who loves managing client relationships, organizing projects, and helping drive strategic marketing results.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for multiple clients—coordinating work across creative, digital, and strategy teams, ensuring smooth delivery, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the main day‑to‑day contact for client accounts
Lead client meetings, communication, and project updates
Manage timelines, tasks, budgets, and approvals across teams
Review creative and marketing deliverables before client presentation
Assist with marketing plans, briefs, and campaign execution
Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support proposals
Help with billing, invoicing, and account forecasting
What We’re Looking For
5–7+ years in a marketing or digital agency account role
Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
Confident leading meetings and guiding client decisions
