This candidate will be able to understand a prospective shipper's needs and offer a customized solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and close new shipper relationships
Represent us to our customers, prospects, and carriers
Provide legendary service to our partners
Nurture relationships and increase our visibility within accounts
Deliver favorable results in key factor areas such as service levels, margin management, revenue growth, and account productivity
Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process
Experience in managing a book of business
