Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in Muskegon, MI. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily tasks such as assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The individual will maintain client accounts, provide detailed product and service information, and offer support for policy changes or claims. Building strong relationships with customers and providing a positive experience will be at the core of this role.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
Ability to provide high-quality Customer Support and ensure client needs are met effectively
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Organized with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using computers and customer management software
Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service are beneficial
