What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) through virtual interactions to promote assigned client products
Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs, educating them on product features and benefits
Manage daily sales call activity to influence customers and increase product sales
Create and implement business plans to achieve territory sales goals
Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Experience in B2B, field pharmaceutical sales, remote sales, or medical sales
Technical aptitude to navigate remote engagement platforms such as Zoom and Teams
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to travel for work‑related meetings and functions as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance
Ability to understand and communicate complex medical terminology
Strong organizational and planning skills
