What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) through virtual interactions to promote assigned client products
Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs, educating them on product features and benefits
Create and implement business plans to achieve sales goals
Maintain call productivity and metrics as per program requirements
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies during all interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Experience in B2B, field pharmaceutical sales, remote sales, or medical sales
Technical aptitude for navigating meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with remote engagement software
Ability to travel for work‑related meetings and functions, including overnight and/or weekend
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital meeting platforms
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships
Experience in a fast‑paced sales environment
