What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives that inform the design of digital products
Develop detailed recommendations and reports from research and present findings to stakeholders
Create participant screeners and develop participant‑recruitment strategies for research studies
Educate business teams on research and usability best practices
Collaborate with other researchers and partners to triangulate data for clearer insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of hands‑on experience conducting UX research in an applied setting
Proven success in creating and executing impactful user experience research studies
Demonstrated ability to translate user research results into actionable insights
Experience with both in‑person and remote usability testing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Journey mapping or ecosystem mapping experience
Design thinking or Continuous Discovery Methods background
Statistical and quantitative expertise with familiarity in manipulating large data sets
Familiarity with statistical measurement tools such as SPSS, SAS, and R
Prior health insurance knowledge or experience
