What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives that inform the design of digital products
Develop detailed recommendations and reports from research performed, presenting findings to stakeholders
Create participant screeners and develop participant‑recruitment strategies
Educate business teams on research and usability best practices
Collaborate with other researchers and partners to triangulate data for clearer stakeholder insights
What is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of hands‑on experience conducting UX research in an applied setting
Proven success in creating and executing impactful user experience research studies
Demonstrated ability to translate user research results into actionable insights
Strong understanding of research methods for collecting statistically valuable insights
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Journey mapping / ecosystem mapping experience
Design thinking / Continuous Discovery Methods background
Statistical and quantitative expertise, including familiarity with large data sets and survey design
Experience with statistical measurement tools such as SPSS, SAS, and R
Prior health insurance knowledge or experience
