What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Educate healthcare providers and stakeholders about the benefits of Neurocrine’s products
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives
Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals and organizations
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product success and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience noted above
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to frequently travel within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics
Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle)
Demonstrated leadership skills in cross-functional team settings
Excellent project management abilities
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
