What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and develop long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders in a specific geographic territory
Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in‑person and virtual communications
Identify and address territory‑specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal partners including managed care, marketing, and medical science liaisons
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or related sales experience
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
Strong computer skills and proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
Master's degree in science or related field
Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams
