What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives through in-person and virtual communications
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
Collaborate with internal partners including marketing, patient access, and medical science teams
Uphold the highest ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong account management disposition
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution
Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
