who enjoys solving technical challenges and helping customers succeed. In this role, you’ll support customers working with hygienic stainless-steel process equipment used in the food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries. If you have industrial experience with pipes, valves, pumps, or fittings and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative II, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers throughout the sales cycle and ensuring a great customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Acting as a product or customer specialist for sanitary process equipment
Responding to customer inquiries regarding technical assistance, pricing, and product availability
Preparing and managing quotes and orders with accuracy and clear communication
Interpreting customer requirements and coordinating with internal teams
Negotiating project pricing and logistics when appropriate
Supporting sales by qualifying opportunities and recommending solutions
Sharing knowledge with teammates and contributing to a strong team environment
What We’re Looking For
Experience with industrial pipes, valves, and fittings, preferably hygienic or stainless‑steel systems
Minimum 8 years of industrial or industry-related experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical specifications
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Experience using ERP systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
A team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn and grow
