What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs
Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
Represent the employer's brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs
Adapt to different work environments and schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction
Complete a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
Excellent communication skills for engaging with prospects and customers
Strong analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills
Proficiency in typing and PC skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
2-3 years of sales experience preferred
Experience in a customer service role
Familiarity with insurance products and services
