Build relationships with developers and property managers to stay informed on upcoming projects Generate new leads and develop networking relationships within the MDU/SFU market Create and maintain a prospect funnel for internet, voice, and video service arrangements Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute successful promotions and campaigns Provide regular reporting and feedback to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience in telecommunications or a related field Experience with MDU transactions and strong negotiation skills Strong public relations, time management, and communication skills Working knowledge of Salesforce and a valid driver's license 4-Year College Degree or equivalent work experience preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Proven track record of strategic thinking and developing action plans Familiarity with business sales principles and practices Previous experience in a high-energy sales environment
